Personally, if you get Wortox get his uncorrupted skin coz he's adorable af. It is the full game and you are free to give it to whoever youd like. (Aka the just the character but no extra skins) Currently when purchasing Dont Starve Together, an extra copy is included as stated on the store page. (FOR DLC characters): Do their play styles matter enough for me to buy them? Is there any reason to buy their full set or just the essential. (For skins): Do I really want/need these skins? Do I want to support Klei on something that is OPTIONAL Whenever or not the DLCs are worth it are dependent on: Of course like someone said, you can't use DLC characters if you're offline which sucks, then again I've rarely had any issues/reasons that made me offline. I can't say much about Wormwood or Warley other than Warley is really good as a cook character and because he can make spices for people most notably the one the actually increases people's defence and the one the increases attack.Īnd wormwood can basically help you get dragonfruit early and not have to worry about farms, even though the growing isn't as fast and spoils over time for balance reasons. Especially against bosses like Deerclops. Oh and his teleporting with use of souls, making him more useful both for exploring and faster travels, never underestimate the teleporting. To wortox this is 24 health (if he drops soul for himself.) You can buy it several times, you dont have to unravel the skins because they will be added as a duplicate ( basically the skin twice ) Order doesnt matter. I've become a Wortox(DLC Character) main for many reasons, most notably his souls ability because I love to be a support character since he can easily heal people. This is pretty much the whole experience to it. This includes the base game, the Reign of Giants, and the Shipwrecked DLCs. I would recommend that to you, since you don't want to play co-op, only single player. Skins are optional, I think they're pretty neat and help out Klei since I really like DST and would love to see more content. There is one, called: 'Don't Starve Alone Pack'.
